The shared vision of
Dr. Dan Siegel and Caroline Welch:

inspiring transformation
in how we live, connect, and thrive

About

Mind Your Brain

Dan and Caroline founded Mind Your Brain in 2005 to bring new science, mindfulness, and practical wisdom into the lives of individuals, communities, and organizations worldwide.

We chose the name, Mind Your Brain, because it encourages us to not only take care of our brain that is so vital for our well-being, but also to underscore that the mind is both fully embodied and fully relational—a process broader than the brain and bigger than the body.

Our work brings together science, mindfulness, and leadership to inspire transformation and build resilience. Mind Your Brain is the home for this shared vision, uniting our efforts to promote well-being on an individual and collective level.
